Fishing Charter Info

Fishing Trips (Up to 12 passengers). Captain, licenses, equipment, bait, and safety gear included. The boat will also provide ice, coolers, and drinking water. We are happy to clean your catch and send you home with some fillets ready to cook. Clients are welcome to keep up to 25lbs of whole fish.

Start times are flexible and extra hours can be added provided no scheduling conflicts. If you are like us and too excited to sleep the night before fishing, ask about getting an early start. Depending on the season (especially for wahoo) this can be very effective.

Please note: charter price does not include gratuity for the crew (industry standard is 15-25% of trip cost). 20% of the charter cost is due at the time of booking to secure the boat.

Fishing Equipment

Our fishing equipment is first class. We fish a variety of Penn, Daiwa, and Shimano products depending on the specific scenario.There are some big fish swimming around St. Croix so we use mostly 30, 50, and 80lb class gear.

Pride is taken to perform routine maintenance so that when your trophy bites, the gear holds up!

8-HOUR MARLIN HUNT

The eight-hour Marlin hunt is the way to go for experienced anglers who understand that time and patience are needed to find pelagic sea monsters.

Eight hours gives us ample time to head offshore and cover plenty of ground in search of your fish of a lifetime!

Whether your target is billfish (blue or white marlin,) mahi, wahoo, or tuna, this is the all-day adventure for you.

Please come prepared with food, drinks, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. This is a lot of time on the water while we explore the deep blue.

6-HOUR ANGLERS' CHOICE

For a great opportunity to target St. Croix’s offshore pelagic species (mahi, wahoo, tuna), we recommend our six-hour Anglers’ Choice charter.

This amount of time allows us to get out there and cover enough ocean to give us better odds of finding fish.

The crew is able to apply multiple tactics such as the “run and gun” method for mahi and tuna or trolling ledges for structure-oriented fish such as wahoo, king mackerel, and barracuda!

These extra couple of hours beyond the 4-hour charter can make a substantial difference in our game plan and results.

4-HOUR HALF DAY

This is a great option for kids or new anglers who may still be developing their sea legs!

With the 4-hour, we often stay a little closer to home and do some nearshore/reef fishing (barracuda, mackerel, jacks, and potentially tarpon); all while enjoying the sights of St. Croix’s beautiful coastline.

This allows us to stay in more protected waters and affords the opportunity to do some swimming or hit a beach, should motion-sickness rear it’s head.

The water surrounding St. Croix gets deep quickly and there is always the potential to get lucky and find a school of mahi or tuna this close to shore.

Charter Info

Snorkeling the Virgin Islands’ reefs is one of the most enjoyable activities for novices and expert swimmers alike. Still by far one of the best ways to experience an up-close-and-personal view into the life below us, and to learn more about the struggling ecology of our coral reefs worldwide. Please let us know in advance which of these options interest you. Number of locations will vary upon trip length.

SNORKELING CHARTERS

Our passion extends to everything nature related. We'd love to be your guide to explore what’s laying just below the waves!

Usual suspects range from vibrant colorful fish, curious sea turtles, hidden stingrays, and playful dolphins to big brain coral, swaying sea fans and majestic elkhorn coral to mention a few. We’ll take you to our favorite spots to see what the Caribbean Sea wants to show off that day.

If you are new to snorkeling or have limited experience, not to worry! Sites are carefully selected based on experience level and weather considerations. We encourage all ages to give it a go. There's an incredible drama playing out just below the surface and this is your front row seat!

Cruising west is a great option during our six and eight hour trips, where you can enjoy snorkeling with friendly turtles at the Frederiksted pier or spend time on the pristine beach at Sandy Point Wildlife Refuge (sight of filming for The Shawshank Redemption's closing scene).

We can also tour Salt River for an ecology/photography session and learn some of the vibrant history of St. Croix. Try your hand at spearing some invasive, yet delicious, lionfish or snaring Caribbean spiny lobsters to take home for dinner if you're into freediving.

Family adventure days are a great way to get the most out of your time on the water. These itineraries are fully customizable to fit your crew! Just fill us in on the activities your family enjoys or wants most to try out, and we will take care of the rest.

Options for the day may include fishing, snorkeling, beach-hopping, sightseeing, or simply finding a calm bay and letting the kids jump from the boat and splash in the cool waters. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to hold the attention of young ones, so these trips allow us to mix up the day and keep it fresh and entertaining. Our two-hour sunset cruise is the perfect way to let the troubles of the world melt away as mother nature takes over. The heat of the day is gone and with the cooling temperatures, this is an excellent time to see some incredible wildlife!

Whether seeking a little romance with your partner or sharing some light-hearted laughter with friends and family; our sunset cruise is the perfect way to kick your evening off in style. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of our serene Caribbean sunsets as we make our way along the coast or find a private cove to anchor and search for the elusive green flash. Relax to the max while you wind down and let your worries drift away...

Charter Info

Our sister islands of St. Thomas and St. John are located approximately 40 miles to the north of St. Croix. Travel time to make the crossing will be somewhere around 1 ½ to 2 hours each way, depending on sea conditions. Your itinerary is variable depending on what your party would like to explore. We can visit various beach bars and restaurants, snorkel, or cruise between the many islands. No passport is needed and we are free to island-hop within the USVI territory.

Please make sure to bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses, as this is a long day on the water. The boat will provide ice, coolers, and drinking water.

ISLAND CROSSINGS CHARTERS

Spend a day exploring our neighboring U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Thomas and St. John and all the cays in between! They're located approximately 40 miles to our north and well within reach of our 36’ yellowfin. Enjoy breathtaking views of the U.S.V.I., as well as the British Virgin Islands (including 30+ landmasses), as we cruise between the islands.

Your itinerary may include snorkeling with turtles at Maho Bay , grabbing some pizza at Pizza Pi, or visiting the infamous floating taco bar at Lime Out in Coral Bay. Let us know your must see attractions, and we will fill in the blanks to create a day you won’t forget! These trips allow your crew to enjoy even more of what the Virgin Islands has to offer. Trips are weather-dependent and your captain will be in touch to confirm as your charter booking approaches.
